Hair's now short, layered, with streaks of copper. Muahaha.. so much for "taknak color rambut lagi". It's now karat again after a looong break.

The last time I went to a saloon to service my hair was about 6-7 years ago. Almost the same amount of years since I last went on a date. So I'm wishing this year, I'll get to go on one. Hahaha..

Dah beli The Pink Fox, which is now hanging around my neck... I am set out to have loads of fun!

So far it's been a good year for me. Let's just hope it stays that way.

I was supposed to help out @ meja pengantin / VIP. Tapi aku bz bodi pegi tegur almost semua cikgu2 yg datang. I think almost everybody yg datang tu cikgu - either my teachers or Mummy's friends.

Tengah tolong2 my friend susun2 gifts utk tetamu tetiba she said, "Hey, I need your help la". Of course I said ok, and was ready to help. I was alone there, no friend. My friend tu akak pengantin, so dia superbz jemput tetamu, make sure VIP tables all set, kejar anak & such. Any kind of work aku terima jek nak occupy my time there.

Sekali tu dia kata.. "I need you to jadi the pengapit". I was like, "WHAT??? I'm sweating macam nak ape ni. Malu!". But actually not entirely sweating-baju-dah-tukar-kaler punya malu, sebab I've never been a pengapit my entire life!

Tapi nasib baik ini belah lelaki, so tak bersanding. Cuma pegang payung & iring pengapit dari entrance sampai ke meja makan. Seriously, ini kali pertama dalam hidup aku. And it's not even my relative punya wedding! It's just a friend's. Isk isk. Nasib baik aku tengah cun. Hahahah. And my 3-inch heels behaved nicely. Habis melecet kaki sampai sekarang nak jalan pun dengkut2.

Malam pulak ada birthday party. Mine & my nephew's. His was on the 16th. Ada BBQ of ayam, daging, ikan, hotdog, udang, scallop. And then there's steamboat of daging, ayam, udang, sotong, ikan, fishballs, sayur. Tak cukup lagi tu ada pulak chicken pie and macaronni & cheese bakar. For dessert, ada caramel & pudding. Then there's 2 cakes for each of us - his is Oreo cheesecake & mine's High Fibre cheesecake.

And when time comes to bagi hadiah, guess who gets the most??? ME!!! Dapat hadiah dari Cousin Nur aku dah happy dah. Then I gave myself a present too - biskut Meiji 2 kotak murah. Haha. Then The Najibs gave me kerepek2 - Double Dacker & some other great stuff. Berebut semua cousins yg tua2 ni. Haha. Then the best surprise from my Mum - comforter set (macam aku nak kawen la plak. hehehe), my favorite scent - Issey Miyake perfume!! And then, Mummy handed out 3 baskets full of goodie bags! Every single one of us got one. Yg paling aku suke, beg dia colorful. So party-like. Suke! Suke! Suke!

Best birthday ever, ok. Dah la haritu my buddies gave me a surprise birthday party @ LCCT. Then I treat myself @ Langkawi. Now my Mum & family pulak bagi a GREAT party. Saya sayang keluarga saya, ok.

It was a day yg sangat penuh dgn surprises! And, I happen to LIKE surprises. Who doesn't, right? I mean, good ones la. Macam hari yg baru di-diskripsi-kan ini. :)
