Itchy bitsy spider

I'm no doctor, but I think it started out as an allergic reaction, but now it looks like some kind of an ugly infection to me.

Dr. Shariff sure picked the best time to go China for exams. He left me in the hands of Dr. Faizal. I'm not in any way complaining on his VERY good looks, but I NEED MY USUAL DOCTOR!!
